  • How do I purchase tickets for a upcoming event?
General Admission tickets are available on our online store at the discounted pre-sale price until midnight the night before an event. General Admission tickets are also available online the day of the show or at the door to an event starting at 6pm. VIP tickets are available on our online store in advance, these premium seats sell out and are usually not available for purchase the day of the event.
  • I purchased tickets online, how do I get into the event?"
If you have purchased tickets online please bring your email confirmation receipt, a screenshot on your phone, or picture ID with the name the order was placed under to the event. If you purchased the tickets under a different name please call 270-307-6442 or email HardrockMMA@yahoo.com to switch the name of the will call tickets.
  • My friends and I all purchased VIP seats, will we be seated together?"
We try our best to accommodate seating requests, if you have a special request please call 270-307-6442 as soon as possible.
  • Whats the difference between VIP and General Admission?
VIP seats are available as a full table of 8 or Individual seats. These seats are in a reserved section closest to the cage. There is no need to arrive early when you have pre-purchased a VIP seat or table, these will be held for you the entire night of the event. General Admission is first come first serve on seating, these seats are in rows behind the VIP section and can not be held. Doors open for most events at 6pm if you are wanting a general seat as close as possible.
  • Do you offer refunds or exchanges on tickets?
We do not offer refunds on pre-purchased tickets, fight cards are subject to change. If you would like to exchange your ticket for an already scheduled show or upgrade your ticket please call 270-307-6442.
